Returns, Exchange of Defective Products, and Cancellation

Cancellations can be made by contacting us via the inquiry form or email, and we will respond promptly.
If cancellation is requested up to 24 hours before the start of the event, a refund of the unused service fee is possible. However, a 6% cancellation fee applies. No refunds will be provided after the third attendance at the event.
