iTTEND provides an online platform that offers:

• Community subscription services

• Marketplace connecting buyers and sellers
• Escrow services for marketplace transactions
• Payment processing through Stripe, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and major credit cards

3. User Accounts

Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Subscriptions

Community Subscriptions

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy outlined in Section 8

Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• We will charge your payment method on file for renewal fees

5. Video Training Courses

Purchase and Access

• Course purchases are final upon completion of payment
• You receive a non-transferable license to access purchased courses
• Course access is provided for personal use only

Content Restrictions

• You may not share, distribute, or resell course content
• Downloading course materials for offline use may be restricted

6. Marketplace Services

Buyer and Seller Responsibilities

• Sellers must accurately describe their products or services
• Buyers must pay for confirmed purchases
• Both parties must communicate in good faith

Escrow Services

• iTTEND holds payments in escrow until transaction completion
• Funds are released upon buyer confirmation or after specified time periods
• Disputed transactions may require additional documentation

Service Fees

• iTTEND charges service fees on completed marketplace transactions
• Fees are clearly displayed before transaction confirmation
• Service fees are non-refundable once transactions are completed

7. Payments and Billing

Payment Methods

• We accept major credit cards, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and other methods via Stripe
• All payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees

Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are charged in advance
• Marketplace purchases are held in escrow until transaction completion
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Subscription Refunds

• Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months
• Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds available within 30 days of payment

Course Refunds

• 30-day money-back guarantee for video courses
• Refund requests must include reason for dissatisfaction
• Refunds processed to original payment method within 5-10 business days

Marketplace Refunds

• Refunds handled through our dispute resolution process
• Escrow funds returned according to dispute resolution outcomes

9. User Content and Conduct

Acceptable Use

• Use services only for lawful purposes
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Do not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Maintain respectful communication with other users

Prohibited Activities

• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior
• Posting illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempting to circumvent security measures
• Creating fake accounts or impersonating others

Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of content you create and post
• You grant iTTEND a license to use your content for platform operations
• We may remove content that violates these Terms

10. Intellectual Property

Platform Content

• iTTEND owns all rights to platform software, design, and proprietary content
• Course content is owned by respective creators or iTTEND
• Users may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property

User-Generated Content

• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to content you post
• You represent that your content does not infringe on third-party rights
• We may remove content that violates intellectual property rights

11. Privacy and Data Protection

• Your privacy is important to us
• Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information
• By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy

12. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect service availability
• We are not liable for losses due to service interruptions

Content Disclaimers

• Course content is for educational purposes only
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from course completion
• User-generated content reflects the views of individual users, not iTTEND

Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the past 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Some jurisdictions may not allow certain liability limitations

13. Dispute Resolution

Internal Resolution

• Contact our support team first to resolve any disputes
• We will work in good faith to address your concerns
• Most issues can be resolved through direct communication

Binding Arbitration

• Disputes not resolved internally will be settled through binding arbitration
