Success of the No-Code Mobile App Development Workshop Series!
From April 21, May 12, to May 26, 2024, Debug.Camp Japan and the No-Code Academy "Progomat" co-hosted the "Introduction to No-Code Mobile App Development" workshop. Each event saw 20 participants from Japan, China, India, and Taiwan come together.
The series focused on developing a social app for restaurant recommendations and food sharing, using FlutterFlow and Firebase to support both iPhone and Android devices. The workshops consisted of 3-hour sessions where participants learned to build apps using no-code technology.
Workshop Highlights
Particularly in the May 26 session, participants learned how to display pinpoint locations on Google Maps Widgets using user-posted Firebase data. They also exported code with FlutterFlow and tested apps on actual Android and iOS devices.
The workshop covered a broad range from the basics to practical aspects of no-code development, offering a highly valuable experience for participants. Under the guidance of Mr. Chu, a trilingual expert fluent in English, Japanese, and Chinese, participants overcame the complexities of no-code development and gained skills to build real applications.
This workshop provided a valuable opportunity to learn directly from industry experts and served as a meaningful networking platform for participants. We look forward to seeing even more participants in our next event and exploring the benefits of FlutterFlow and Firebase.
We sincerely thank everyone who participated in this workshop and look forward to seeing you at the next one.
